Older Citizens Rights Monitoring (OCRIM)

The OCRIM Project is a local social protection and development initiative for older persons in northern Ghana. The Project has an objective to mobilize older persons in their communities to create an effective platform to ensure attaining their rights, promote their inclusion and participation in the governance and decision making process at the grassroots level.  

Disabled and Rural Childrens Education Support (DIRCES)

DIRCES is a achild rights to education campaign - aimed at promoting and facilitating access to education of girls, disabled and deprived rural children. It will ensure to provide sustainable livelihood support and employable skills for drop-outs and young out of school girls.

PROJECTS

Anti-Witcraft Allegation Campaign (AWAC)

AWAC is a gender and human rights advocacy initiative aimed at promoting various interventions. It is geared towards ending the violation of the fundamental human rights of those accused of witchcraft, provide services need to mitigate the sufferings and burdens experienced by the victims of such allegations while living at the “witches” homes/camps in Northern Ghana. 

Bonyase Outcast-Home Women's  Livelihood Empowerment Project (BOWLEP)

 BOWLEP is a rural empowerment intervention project; geared towards promoting gender equality, provide IGAs for poverty reduction, promote women in community development, improve education of rural girls, ensure effective and peaceful re-integration of women living at the "witches" home at Bonyase.

Community-Based Peace Building Initiative (CPI)

CPI is a project aimed at deepening peaceful co-existence at the community level through mobilizing and organising peace building interventions to unite the people for accelerated development.
